Divided into different committees to work on specialized tasks for the preparation, the members would take action for community service, student services, faculty development,  laboratories, library, curriculum instruction, physical plant, and administration.

Programs and courses under the College of Arts and Sciences (CAS), College of Criminology (CoC) and College of Education (CoEd) would undergo the accreditation process. However, under the College of Business Administration (CBA), only the programs of business administration excluding hotel and restaurant management and tourism management will undergo the said accreditation.

The expected PAASCU visit would be in February of 2018.
